Wet belly??

Hello, I adopted my chin about a month ago. We believe he is about two. everything has been going well but when I woke up this morning and went to check in on him I noticed from his stomach to groin area was very damp. I also noticed he would nibble where he was wet as if he was grooming the area. What could this be from??

Also his water wasnt leaking.
