I got my chinchilla 4 or 5 days ago and he came home with some uneven rough spots on his fur (the previous owners said his fur was messed up because he had a fight with other chinchillas). I didnt think much of it until now because he is still shedding. Their is sometimes just small clumps of hair laying around the cage which im very worried about. Is this normal behavior? Should I be worried?
