Hi! I have a 7 week old little girl, and tonight I noticed a couple issues with her skin. In one spot her skin is white around a few of her quills. At first I was thinking dry skin? But I'm very new to this. I also noticed another spot where it looked like a sore, there was a little bit of dried blood as well. Almost like a quill came out, or there was an ingrown one. Any ideas on what's going on/what I can do to help? Thank you!
