Unfortunately, I just had the sad and hard situation of having to put one of my two chinchillas down (she had malocclusion).
Now my remaining chinchilla is alone, and I think she's a little lonely. She doesn't love being pet or held (she will tolerate both) so I think she needs a fellow chinchilla to play and cuddle with. There's no rush, but if I can find a chinchilla in need of a home around me I definitely want to help.
Her name is Aurora and she's 2 1/2. She's a little bratty so an easy-going chinchilla would be best. I do have 2 cages in case they end up not getting along.
