Bes TV wheel for a partially disabled hedgehug

My hedgehogs back lega dont work we figured this out when we got him from someone I am afraid to get him a normal wheel or. Bucket wheel as I think thos will make his legs bleed I recently heard about a bucket wheel would this work for him?
