Making Chilla Toys?

Hey everyone! So, I want to make my own chinchilla toys,but I have NO idea how. I want to make like the hanging toys with all the cool little colored blocks and twigs and stuff, such as http://www.foreverfeistychinchilla.o...de-a-ways.html
