Today i noticed my chin's front paws/hands are red (like their ears when they're tucked back or hot). My room is cool. Her ears are not red. I have 3 other chinchillas and their paws look fine and none of their ears are red so i know its not overheating. Her paws feel chilly to the touch as they usually are and when compared to her cage mates paws her paws are about the same temperature. Does anyone have any idea why a chin's paws would become rosey?
