Missing buttons?

Hi all!

Sorry if this has already been asked...



So there was this bar near the top of the screen on the main page, with options like "latest posts" and "search" and a edit profile option, and yesterday I was changing the forum skins (because they're awesome) and after I was done, the bar disappeared! I can't search or look at new posts or edit my profile anymore... Does anyone know how I can get it back?
