For those who are Empress members, you probably already read that the goldbars and Lowe recessive whites were given their own subclass in the Empress show system called "champagne." The champagne subclass will be under the white class and will compete against the dark-eared whites and pink-eared whites for white class champion.
I've been breeding the "champagnes" for a few years now, from the Lowe recessive white lines from Canada and just wanted to share a few fun pictures of some of my babies.
My 4th of July champagne baby, CCHT D-50, Lil' Miss Moonshine - 3 weeks old
Moonshine again
Almost 4 months old, CCHT D-18, Miss Bellini
CCHT C-34, 6 month old Miss Mimosa. This girl took RCC white at the CA Spring Show this year.
I expect we'll be seeing a lot more of these on the show tables now! I heard the Western Canada Branch ECBC show also had quite a few!
