Chin has urine stains on fur

hi,



I recently decided to switch over to fleece liners for my chins cage. I have noticed that the urine doesn't soak in immediately and my female chin ends up getting urine all over her pretty white fur. How can I remove the urine stains?



Also, I have a litter pan in the cage (with pine shavings).. she uses it sometimes, but often she will pee in other places. Is there any tricks on getting your chin to pee mostly in the litter pan?
