Playpen help

My husband and I are relatively new chin parents to 3 cute girls in 2 cages. The more I learn about them, the more questions I have. We live in a one bedroom condo so there is no way to give our chins a whole room. We can't use the bathroom because we have cats so there is cat food and potentially water on the floor. I have read all I can about playpens and am not sure what to get. We would like a playpen we can buy instead of the cool cardboard ones everyone is making. One of my chins has already exhibited exceptional jumping skills so the taller the better. We would prefer it to be large enough for one of us to sit in it with them but that it not a requirement. We are looking for all the suggestions we can get.

On a side note, we have one chin in a separate cage because bonding was unsuccessful. Will they be able to have playtime together or will they need to have separate playtimes?
