Swollen Nose?

I noticed today that the top part of my chin's nose seems swollen. He is a 4ish year old male and he has lived peacefully in the same cage with another male his whole life. It seems that the area just above his nostrils is a little extra puffy. He was playing and eating normally this evening and he let me pick him up and look at it and his teeth. I don't see any signs that it is bothering him nor do I see any other abnormalities. Should I be concerned about this?
