I'm so nervous about what's happening to my chinchilla. I've had him for 1 month and everything seemed fine. Now he is lethargic or sleeping all the time, doesn't eat, and has soft poops. The vet didn't know what was wrong and put him on anti-biotics. They don't seem to be making a difference. I don't know what to do to help him.
