Does he need to go to the vet??

Do I need to take Rupert to the vet? Earlier today his eye was closed all the way and he wouldn’t open it all, now it’s open a bit, but it’s very red around the skin, and irritated looking, and weeping a bit too. His brother Roodey has been trying to groom it (I assume? Or maybe he caused it) he sorta nibbles at the fur around it almost? Rupert himself has also been rubbing his cheek, right under his eye. I can’t take him to the vet until tomorrow morning, and I don’t want to if I don’t have to obviously. I’ll attach pictures, one of when it was closed, and 2 from now.
