Do I need to take him to the vet?

His eye was completely shut, and now (a few hours later) it’s open a tiny bit and looks like it’s weeping. If I have to take him it will be in like 18 hours (tomorrow morning) as every place is closed tonight. I also noticed my other boy (whom they have grown up with together) almost nibbling at it? I don’t know, he wasn’t biting and he never pulled away or made a noise, but the other one was doing something to it, I’m guessing trying to groom it? He, also keeps grooming and rubbing the area right under his eye (cheek area)
I have pictures attached of when it was closed shut, and when it was partly open afterwards.
