Are dandelion drops healthy?

I have these treats by Vitakraft called Drops with Dandelion. Feeding instructions include offering your chinchilla 1-2 treats per day. Per day? The first ingredient it lists is sugar. How healthy is this treat really? Can this truly be a daily treat?
