Help! Mom died - kits 3 weeks old - need foster mom!

I was given mom by someone who knew nothing about chins. She was very ill and (unknown to me) pregnant. She gave birth, but despite my best efforts mom and one baby didn't make it. The baby passed at birth, but mom just passed yesterday. I now have 2 kits - one male , one female - both light cream almost white - They're 3 wks old and not interested in hand feeding. Does anyone have a lactating mom with kits of comparable age/size? I live in the northeast corner of GA about an hour away from both TN and AL. I want nothing in return except a good home so these babies can have a fighting chance... PLZ HELP!
