question for those who've sewn fleece liners

for those who have done DIY fleece liners and things, I fully know how to sew,by hand and by machine. I do not own a sewing machine, and I want to make hammock, fleece tube liner, and liners for the cage floor myself by hand, how difficult would this be? the first thing I would make would be fleece liner for shelf for FN 181 model. I am getting my first chin soon, and I want to make as much myself, mostly for cost. I will be getting a baby chin from a breeder so I think the single unit cage will be okay until I can get the add on unit. But how difficult would it be to sew fleece liners by hand?
