Chin keeps cutting the bottom of foot

One of my chins has a cut the bottom of her feet i think from a sharp ledge that i now have took out. She doesn't seem in any pain and it looks to be healing but the wound is reopening as she has not stoped running on her wheels or playing. Her house is all fleece and wooded ledges so it should be comfy to walk on. I also got some bag balm to help with the cracked feet.

My question is if i keep finding some blood should i consider taking out her wheels until her foot looks fully healed? The vet said she looks fine and the foot should heal.
