Contacting Ryerson Chinchillas

I was wondering if anyone had any experience ordering from Ryerson Chinchilla? I would like to order a 2 hole carrier and have tried emailing them but have received no response. Since I'm in the UK I can't use their website as it only does delivery estimates to the US and Canada.

Have people found that they are more responsive to calls? Any suggestions or thoughts would be much appreciated!
