Hi everyone
I have 2 healthy, bonded female chinchillas that I am sadly looking to rehome. With a new (human) baby arriving in April and my husband traveling frequently for work, I will no longer have enough time or energy to provide the care and attention that my fur babies deserve. See below for details about each chin (pictures attached).
CHIN #1 (Chili): 4 year old standard grey. Smart, curious, athletic, and playful. She enjoys exploring and showing off her acrobatic skills. Doesnt mind being held and cuddled IF you can catch her first. She loves treats (shredded wheat, oats, flowers) and uses every adorable move in her book to beg for them!
CHIN #2 (Mochi): 3.5 year old white mosaic. Shy, goofy, and sweet. Favorite pastimes include running on the flying saucer wheel, people watching, exploring during playtime, and attempting acrobatic jumps (though her lack of coordination leads to hilarious blunders). She takes a while to warm up to new people, but oats are the way to her heart.
They will come with their two-story Ferret Nation cage, wood ledges, bass pan (upper level), flying saucer, Oxbow pellets and hay, as well as other miscellaneous supplies.
Location: North NJ (Bergen County)
Rehoming Fee: $50
Send me a message if you are interested or have any questions.
