Chinchilla Mounting after dust bath?? Help??

Hi there so I adopted a pair of chinchillas and I've noticed that every time I give them a dust bath one chinchilla mounts the other and this happens literally every time they take a dust bath can anyone tell me why this is happening he never mounts any other time never seen them ever do that before.
