Ryerson Chinchilla Ranch closed ?

We have been a customer for couple years and talked to Jan whenever I place an order. Their website is no longer working Default Parallels Plesk Panel Page
I wonder if they take it offline to be on vacation ? I called Jan and left a vm but she has not called back yet. My last order was from August. Anyone order from them lately ?
