I just got a Chin Spin yesterday and chins took to it pretty quickly. Today my husband sent me a video of them using it, and commented on how loud it was. I thought that he was exaggerating. When we installed it I turned it quite a bit and it was silent. Well I am home now, and I am downstairs watching TV, and I can hear it over the TV. I checked and it's not the cage rattling, and I don't see it rubbing on anything. I'm not sure why it's squeaking so loudly. How do I quiet it down?
