Hey all,
we just brought a new chin home, a 3.5 month old hetero baige male (T'oko)...
now he lived in a harsh home, with no going out of his cage (I think even once) and living alone. :banghead:
we want to introduce him to our 8.5 month old standard gray male (Fushi)
so we put both cages near each other so they get used to each other, we gave them some days (around 3.5) and we tried to let one play in the small room while the other is still in the cage seeing the other guy run.
I have to say it dosent seem good since every time T'oko got close to the cage fushi put his nose in the bars and they seem to almost bite each other, also fushi started to run to the edges of the cage so to be as close as he can to T'oko.
I didn't also cleaned until both played in same place so they get used to the other one smell... am I doing something wrong? any tips? we really want them to get friendly with one another. :hug2:
Thanks in advance :D
