So the vet checked, and her teeth are perfectly fine. She didn't see any spurs, and Mabel's overall health is perfect. I was so happy.
They said watch for drooling, but she doubts there is anything that could happen with her teeth.
Mabel weighs 1.1 pounds, so that is exciting that I finally have an accurate weight for her.
Apparently she was one of the best chinchillas they have handled, but I wonder what their worst was, as Mabel kept trying to get away lol. Mabel was fast forgiving and let the vet's assistant hold her until we had the carrying cage all ready for her. The assistant thought Mabel was the cutest aha.
